1. Introduction
By joining the Frosty Dog Games Beta Test Programme (“the Programme”), you agree to help us test early versions of our mobile games, including Odyssey and SnAFL. This is a voluntary programme designed to gather feedback and squash bugs before our international launch.
2. Nature of Beta Testing
You acknowledge that the games provided are Beta versions. This means they may contain bugs, may crash, and may not represent the final quality of the product.
- “As-Is” Basis: The games are provided “as-is” without any warranties.
- No Liability: Frosty Dog Games (a private limited company registered in England and Wales) is not responsible for any data loss or issues caused to your device during testing.
3. Data & Privacy (GDPR Compliance)
We take your privacy seriously. By signing up via our DevLog (ScaryBlankPage.com) or the main Frosty Dog Games website forms:
- Data Collection: We collect your name, email, and game-play metrics from your participation and use this data to improve our games.
- Usage: We will use your email address to send you test builds, feedback surveys, and—if you opted-in—marketing updates about Frosty Dog Games.
- Your Rights: You can request to be removed from the Beta Test Program and have your data deleted at any time by contacting us using the form at the bottom of this page.
4. Intellectual Property & Feedback
- Ownership: All rights, titles, and interests in the games (including characters, mechanics, and code) remain the sole property of Frosty Dog Games Ltd.
- Your Feedback: If you provide suggestions or bug reports, you grant Frosty Dog Games a non-exclusive, perpetual, and royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the games.
5. Confidentiality (Optional but Recommended)
As a Beta tester, you may see features or “working titles” before the general public. We encourage you to share your excitement on social media, but we ask that you do not share direct download links or internal design documents without our permission.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to end the Beta test or remove individual testers at any time for any reason.
